Yesterday, on my birthday, I went surfing for the first time since my ACL reconstruction. It didn't go well, but I couldn't pass up Earl's aftermath. Then I went to see a free concert with Camper Van Beethoven/Cracker the beach. They let me video the show and it was great. I also ran into an old, old childhood friend from 2nd-6th grade. It was a great time! If only I could really get laid. It has been way too long! Oh well!

Yesterday, on my birthday, I went surfing for the first time since my ACL reconstruction. It didn't go well, but I couldn't pass up Earl's aftermath. Then I went to see a free concert with Camper Van Beethoven/Cracker the beach. They let me video the show and it was great. I also ran into an old, old childhood friend from 2nd-6th grade. It was a great time! If only I could really get laid. It has been way too long! Oh well!

It would cost $1,500 just to get there. Are you that good? Also, it is not to 'see' the whales, it is to 'save' them and hopefully sink the Japanese whaling fleet. That is a big deal to me. Watch The Cove! An old friend of mine is in it!

I've seen dolphins and whales up close. In fact dolphins swam around me once on the Sunshine Coast just out of the blue. Stupid people thought they were sharks....oh yeah, as if I'd be frolicking in the water with sharks!

I hung out with some dolphins once while surfing. If you tap on your board, they come right up to you and I got to pet one. Awesome creatures!
