Yes, I have a thing with good quality knives.. and ja, craftsmanship too. Well, I own a few nice ones (kitchen, Swiss army, others) but I'm not some freak that walks around with a big knife in his pocket (or something/that's agreeable illegal in crowed Holland anyway). I never carry a knife.
Blah, just found this video.. I liked watching. It shows some French chap making a Laguiole knife by hand.
