Dinner:

Spaghetti mixed with broccoli cuts, cooked chicken, spice packets, olive oil and margarine, topped with shredded cheese.  I had everything on hand, so it was easy peasy.

Fried egg.. with bacon, tomato, shallot and a slice of cheese (all out of frying pan) on toast. Nice.

I'm eating a cream cracker with some soft creamy (with herbs) cheese, a bit of smoked salmon, lemon juice, salt and pepper on it. Nice late evening snack, I think.

Supermarket I frequent has a bowl of fruits standing at the counter where you can pick one for free as you leave the shop. Never took one before but yestereve an apple looked so nice I asked countergirl if I could take it and ja, I'm eating that apple at the mome..

Will be eating pizza soon. Have two small ones cooking for me and the kids. Very thin crust. One is spinach and feta. The other is regular cheese with 2 kinds of peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion and mushrooms.
