One minute ago I ate a simple, a bit too hard, boiled egg. (I like the yolk to be just a little runny)

Just ate a ratatouille on a slice of bread. (well, that's what I call it but not sure if that's correct) A little bit of leek, red onion, courgette, tomato, garlic and an egg.

An egg McMuffin.  Open faced.  On the other half of the muffin I put butter and strawberry jam.  Voila, a 2 course breakfast.
