Are they any good?

Yes.  I eat all of these, but won't eat sweetbreads, brains or frog legs or butter/lima beans.

I like lima beans ONLY in my friend's homemade lima bean/barley soup.  :thumbup:

Have eaten blood tongue and blood sausage as a kid. Liked the baked slices of blood sausage a lot.

Limburger cheese, guess I've had some varieties of that. I do like to try smelly types of cheese. They don't have the generic 'limburger' name here, I guess, more often the specific name of the place where it has been made.

Never had tripe.
