They just put any kind of apple, mainly the green ones, the red ones are not as nice.

Interesting! I wonder how a Pink Lady apple would taste with a chocolate or caramel coating.  :chin:

I read yesterday that they had decoded the genes for the Golden Delicious Apple. I have mixed thoughts about all this.

:thumbup: You are correct. I have always liked sharp cheddar, gouda, brie and other cheeses but have only recently gotten into havarti.
