Well, just minutes ago, I baked a breaded haddock meal with some baked potato cubes, spiced up. I also had the joy of some fresh Brussell's sprouts which I cut in half, carmelized the inners with butter on a hot skillet, then finished them baking in the oven along with everything else.
It was a fabulous, simple meal for all of us.
It's pretty cold out there so using the oven for evening meal is a no brainer.
