I eat it and buy it all the time when we go grocery shopping. I eat the fruit and dessert kind in jars and those little plastic containers. Sometimes I will get the spaghetti kind or the mac n cheese kind.

Sometimes I will eat those Graduate foods; the TV dinners, the fruit snacks. I don't buy them often because it's expensive.

I just tried those yogurt drinks and yum.

I think it's good for people with eating disorders. Less calories and less food.

Guess I would lose a lot of weight if I bought it and put it on my plate.

The fruit things are bearable, but the rest is so gross that it spoils my appetite for hours. Both by smell, texture and taste. (Yup, I have tried the stuff, wanted to know what I was trying to feed my kids when they were tiny)

My kids refused to eat it too. Can't blame them. Freshly cooked pureed food did taste lots and lots better indeed.
And it was lots cheaper too.



What do you think of home-made blended food Kit?

I have never tried the blended food. If so, I don't remember.

My brother had it all the time when he was an infant. It looked disgusting to me and always felt sorry for my brother he couldn't enjoy the food. It had to be all blended up but I didn't know then infants can't chew food.

I was totally hooked on the vanilla custard for awhile. :laugh:

That was years ago though, now it tastes too sweet to me.

The fruits & desserts aren't bad, most of the other stuff I made at home with a blender, it tasted better & my son didn't like alot of the jarred stuff. Some of the veggies were pretty disgusting. :P

Applesauce is for babies, grandmas, and other toothless people. I'd much rather eat a real apple (including the skin), because it's much better for your teeth.

My ex used to tease me about eating applesauce calling it baby food. He said I liked it because it's baby food. I told him it's for everyone and I've liked it my whole life and my mom always bought it. He wouldn't listen. He still teased me for it and said I liked it because it was baby food.
