One I'm having trouble finding, mainly because I have no idea how it's spelt or pronounced properly, is this onion stew dish that has only onions in it, made from left over Jus when you make Stampot I think. Phonetically pronounced Oh-You-Shay I think? If it helps, my Nan was from Utrecht (that is if it's a regional dish).
