I may have overdone the cough syrup today at work.  I kept saying  "sizzurp"  and laughing like a fool.  :autism:

Lol couldbe!

What kind of syrup did you get?

I got a couple of bottles of codeine syrup myself the other day while I Went into town to go pick up some stuff from the local head shop; Its OTC here, works well to take the edge off my hip and knee pain, although my doc accidentally gave me double my meds this week.

Just staying over with my friends kelli and sarah. Taken my meds, or most of them, had another oxycontin though, my hip is fucking killing me.

Hopefully that should do the trick for now, as I forgot to pack my steroid and antiinflammatory creams with me.  I'm due for getting them refilled 2 days earlier than meant to also.

Hopefully, I'll be better at taking them now that I'm on Prozac, which seems to be working.  With depression I didn't care whether I took my meds or not.
I am on Prozac too. 60mg daily. They call it Lovan here though. I just say fluoxetine. And I can say that it has done nothing for my depression. So the psych took me off sodium valproate and put me on lithium.

All lithium does is give me the shakes that are very noticeable (someone from uni even sent me an email about it) and a constant low-grade headache that pain meds can't touch. I've also had my heart do a weird irregular series of beats a couple of times too. Lithium is awesome /sarcasm.

Actually sizzurp is cough syrup with codeine and promethazine; mine contains dextromethorphan, the notorious
DXM; abusers of it are said to be  "robo-tripping."  But I didn't take *that* much, only enough for my cough.

^I like promethazine, it helps me sleep. Unfortunately the nurse who came and visited me took all mine and the other spare meds I had.

I get the fluoxetine also.  Generics are a lot cheaper.  I'm always just a little amazed at how people's chemistry differs.  PA will be asleep in no time with 2 aspirins while 2 aspirins don't do much for me.

My g'friend's daughter who has TSC, has a tremor in her hands and a mild head shaking as a remnant reaction to one of her epilepsy drugs.  They weaned her off as safely/quickly as possible.

I hope you get the help you need, including help with sleep.

I... really don't know. I am a suicide risk apparently so they wanted to make sure I don't have access to meds I don't need. I actually feel a bit worse now because I no longer have the option of taking those meds. So I am stuck here.

They have had instances of police collecting old meds to 'dispose of them' in the news here, some of them where legitimate take back  programs others were not

I took mine.

Plus my new eye drops that are supposed to make my left eye better. They are a bit like acid when applied, more than enough to make my other problems seem trivial in comparison. :-\
