Yes. BTW - My Dad gave me his double jointed knees and fingers. They're more double jointed than my elbows. Anyway, one day the knees and fingers will need to be operated on, but I'm not going to do it until I lose some (who am I kidding? - a lot of) weight.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
I dropped one of my capsules on the floor this morning, thought about throwing it away, then brushed it off and took it anyway!Good thing...the pharmacy won't have my meds till tomorrow; thanks to my taking the dropped capsule this morning, I have exactly one more day's meds to get me through till I buy my new batch!

I pretty much ignore the "dirt factor" of things falling on the floor. After all if we're that fragile wouldn't mankind have come to an end pretty soon after we started?
No, had some lab work done. Decided to get a day or so cushion on my meds just in case I need it. Doctor is adding a med for osteoporosis. I told my dear husband, no more sexual gymnastics, so he took down the swing.
