^ Yes it does.  8)  Much nicer than the explosives that my sons chuck around while playing Modern Warfare 2.

Took my meds about an hour ago, and just remembered my multivitamin, thanks to this thread!

Yes, I took them today. Again.

I wish I didn't have to. And I'm wondering how safe they are.

Just applied it. The after effects of forgetting it a couple of nights ago are almost gone. There is still one sore purplish spot on my cheek, but, that will be a lot better tomorrow morning I think.

Have been pondering on asking for meds to help me focus for a while again. But as long as I can locate the main source of why I am so bloody unfocussed, and know that source can and should change, I just don't want to take meds. Meds do scare me.

Just took some extra klonopin as it was definitely needed

Allergies used to be a big problem for me, when I lived in my former landlady's dusty, overheated house filled with  :kitten: :flo:, but I haven't had to take an antihistamine in years!

I know how you feel, I don't like having to take them either. I waited many years before finally admitting that I needed something for the concentration. I'm glad I did. In fact, I wish I would have had this med twenty years ago. I realize now how much I struggled with life.

I know you are hesitant because you need to be there for the little ones, but the only side effect I've had on this was headaches that went away in less than a week.

What kind of meds are they?

Concerta. Same active ingredient as Ritalin, but in a 12 hour time release tablet.
