Yes, but no dexamphetamine for the past two days. So I'm hungry and sleepy. I'll take them tomorrow morning before I go out to buy cat food.

I did today, unlike yesterday when I completely forgot them. I remembered my night meds though. I need a refill of moclobemide.

Husband and I were both struggling with forgetting, so have set alarms as reminders. It's working well.

I forgot to take Nexium yesterday morning (I take it once every two days) and boy did I know about it by dinner time. Ended up only eating half of it because it felt like my oesophagus was constricting.

I did today, unlike yesterday. I took my morning meds but forgot to take dex at a later time (to make my second dose at a certain time) so I spent the day and part of the evening tired and hungry. I ate too many of the biscuits at work plus my lunch and it still didn't feel like enough.
