I was prescribed metformin by my doctor. But I keep forgetting that I should take it when I have my dinner. So I have been eating an oat bar before bed and I take it then. But I shouldn't really be doing that.

I have run out of my own supply of dexamphetamine. I'm taking the rest of Kayleigh's because she is back on Vyvanse. I need to come up with $220 to see my psychiatrist and get a new prescription. They will most likely ask me why I didn't have an appointment two months ago. I'll say, "Money." Because that's the truth and they should know that they charge a fortune.

My car comes first because the brakes need replacing and it needs a service. I'm using my birthday money for that. I will feel better once it's done.

Finally booked an appointment to see my psychiatrist this Friday. I'll be able to have clarity when taking my meds again. It sucks being in a brain fog.

Mmm, I've been wondering what brain fog is, because I suspect I experience it from time to time, but I can't be sure.

Interesting. I've been in some kind of state lately, of apathy and disconnectedness, and was wondering if it was like brain fog, but it sounds different. I do feel tired and slow a lot, which is a sucky place to be. Glad you have a doc, meds can make all the difference for these things :]

Speaking of meds, I have taken my AM med.

The meds make a lot of difference but I'd like my psychiatrist to prescribe a higher dosage. Three, three times a day would be ideal. So far it's been three twice a day. That leaves me short if it's a long day, such as going out to dinner or driving at night. The afternoon dose wears off at about 4pm. I'd prefer it to last until 8pm.
