I think I forgot to take mine.

I have done that, forgotten and then took them twice. This was dexamphetamine and so it was no fun taking twice the dose. Felt awful.

Just picked up my refill rx, thus far, attended to the most rapid acting and quickly needed requirements.

Namely pain meds (oxy IR, haven't yet prepared the morphine, I don't like needles and I enjoy intramuscular shots even less, damn things often make me ache for days after, masked only by the medication itself being so delivered being a strong painkiller)

About to take my antiseizure med (chlormethiazole) and antibiotic (cephalexin, tastes bad smells vile and I'm surprised the dr scripted it me, considering that cephalosporins contain the beta-lactam structural motif, and in penicillin-allergic patients there is a 1 in 10 chance of cross-reaction. She did inform me that there is a low-frequency cross reaction but she was unaware of the rate of reaction, understating it considerably. She didn't know, so I left her a message via reception as I picked up my rx, not a complaint about her, just to pass on the actual rate of cross-reactivity.  Thankfully in my case the allergy does not appear to cross-react. Or I'd likely as not, not be typing this post:P)

Dan ren, that sounds shitty. Hope you aren't taking a dose sufficient to cause a crash/come-down.  How much dex are you on? must be a fair bit for a doubling of the dose to make you feel like shite. That said, thats not taking the RIMA (moclobemide) into account. You need to be more careful ren, with a combination such as that. Your walking a tightrope to start with hun, mixing a monoamine releaser like amphetamine with an MAO(a)I, even a RIMA. Had a doc suggested that to me, I'd probably have left him pretty shaken up, after leaving, at the very mildest.

As for myself, starting to feel more human again now my pain meds are working, seizure prophylaxis in place and adrenal blockade (of monoamines that is, not corticosteroids) sorted out.

Everything except lithium because I had a blood test which means I have to remember what time I took lithium last night and not to take it in the morning. Going to take it now.

  Not only did I take my meds, I also went to the pharmacy, picked up my refill, and got a flu shot!

My old man had a flu shot today or yesterday, forgot which, one or the other. Will have to check if I am eligible for free ones myself.

Took antibiotics (cephalexin), morphine, oxy and chlormethiazole, about to take another 10-20mg  oxycodone, just a small line or two, after I first flip up my blast shield, want to get that done before I start donning the gloves and such, because of course, nobody wants corrosives on their mucous membranes, and the glacial acetic acid is about to flow, with something in it itself that has somewhat irritant properties. That is, if I want to work on vacuum distillation off of the methanol interfering with my latest batch of this particular chemical crystallizing in the freezer, I think I might just recrystallize the already crystalline stuff I have and purify it (its been exposed to air for a bit and isn't pure as a result, nowt a rextyl'n can't fix though.

Got a horror movie in the background, some zombie flick from the looks of it, a bunch of forensic scientist aspirants training for the job, and something going majorly wrong, corpses getting back up and gutting people, a member of the tea dissappearing etc. Typical zombie movie stuff really. Personally I'd rather get into some chemistry of my own instead, and give this stuff a good re-ex before whipping out the borohydride and then an iron/acid reduction to follow. I can't sleep for some reason, and I'm in a very chemistry-ey mood and just feel like breaking out the lab glass, cleaning bits that need it, and making with the fun

Yeah some of them. morphine, oxy, chlormethiazole, clonidine, cimetidine, antibiotic and a squirt of xylometazoline occasionally (locally acting nasal decongestant)

Questioning whether also to take a couple of zanaflex (tizanidine, a muscle relaxer).

All except a sinus med.  I'm waiting until 8 tonight so I can keep on a regular schedule, 2 times a day.  Sinus headache now

Grrr...not sure whats causing it but something is causing repeated, although intermittent strong twitching of my legs. Doesn't feel seizure-like. Have taken evening dose of antiseizure meds though and will probably take a dose of tizanidine [strong muscle relaxer, works by blocking noradrenaline release] and before bed a sleeping pill, 10mg nitrazepam, a pretty solid dose that'll also help moderate/stop any of this damn muscle jerking and have anticonvulsant effects of its own, Feel a bit overloaded for some reason so I think I'll have some clonidine as well.
