I did, both the spazz and the hyper meds. I know, some do not accept the validity of those latter ones.

I actually nearly ran out of dexamphetamine before it was time to be able to get a refill. It is the first time that's happened. Before I used to have plenty because I used to miss doses. With me spending a lot of time at college and then doing homework, I have found that I need all my doses.

I hate being dependent on meds, but there is a huge difference.

  I took mine, also a Prilosec.  I need to get back onto a better diet.

Yes. And thanks to this thread, I just remembered to pack them in my bag. I'm going to London tomorrow.
