Just taken my morning dose of oxy, shot with 3/4mg IM clonidine, hopefully that should stop the damn cramp in my left calf. Its been there for months and comes back again no matter what I try :(

Needed that, my knee has been playing up a lot of late. I'll take my antiinflammatory (indomethacin) when I have got out of bed and had something to eat, it needs taking with food to prevent it causing GI tract troubles.

I think it is doing something. Seem to procrastinate a little less, but, who knows, I may just have a good day today.

The shutting down of my brain was later in the evening than it usually is.

But, one day, what does one day mean?

Also wonder what the effect is of dividing my day in strict 4 hour blocks. That is a defining of time that I do not usually have that strict. Could create an effect too.

Will see how it is, after a whole week.  :nerdy:

Gah....1.5 hours until I am due for a refill myself.

Well...no..I am fucking OVERdue. And I am fucked off about it to boot. I want to go and slam some oxy, then go and sort my backpack out, fill it with bottles of coke and chow, some carrier bags, and my mushroom field-guides, then go for a good LONG walk. One that I won't come back from until way after dark, to a frying pan, some bacon, bread and butter.

I'm really, REALLY not a fan of the XR version at all. Concerta blows IMO.

Needed extraction in my experience with it to be pleasant. But that said I do not like stimulants in general really.
