Forgot this morning.
The new brand of L-Lysine tastes like the smell of a pharmacy. Should take it though, it does make that I don't need the anti-biotics.
Yes, you really should take your medications as directed! 
It does not really matter that much when I take it, but, the mornings are most convenient. Apparently you should not eat for half an hour after taking that supplement, nor two hours before.
But, taking it first thing in the morning, makes that I want to chew it up, don't want a huge pill like that to drop on the lining of my empty stomach every morning. This brand really tastes like medicine.......
The effect is massive though. And, being able to cut back on antibiotics always is a good thing. In this case even more, because I began to over-react on the antibiotics. Might keep the purple inflammations away from my face, it made it very red and itchy still.
