Now we're staying home. We were supposed to meet other homeschoolers tomorrow for a playdate at a local conservation park but will have to cancel since monkeyboy is sick.

I know. What's worse is when you hear your son throwing up in the bathroom and realize he's sitting on the john and there's no garbage can so he had no choice but to throw up all over the floor. *mop please. Aisle one*  That was lovely Felt awful for the poor kid though. After that round he nearly crawled back to bed completely exhausted.

Making sure that electrolytes get replenished is important in such cases. Lack of electrolytes can cause even more nausea on top of what flu does.

Yup. Got that covered. And he's been sucking on ice chips all day too. he was able to eat a half a banana and a slice of toast today so we're making headway.
