I always wondered how the tobacco industry could be sued for people smoking and getting sick, and yet the fashion industry has never been sued for encouraging young women to be unhealthy as well.

Different people like different things, but I think a BMI of 18 or over is healthier than one under 18.Since these gaunt models often spur self-hatred in young girls and this encourages them to starve themselves to look that way, I think this is a good thing.
