You are doing a lot of stuff, and you really need to drink. Build in some pauses to drink something when working on your new house. Or leave bottles with something to drink in every room, so that it becomes easy to take a sip.

I'll try to remember.

On weekends and days off I just get up and go for the day, usually not eating or drinking till the afternoon when I'm feeling peckish/thirsty. That probably explains the headaches I get on Sundays though :P

I know what you mean. Yesterday I realised at 7 or 8 pm that I was cranky because of only having had something to drink for breakfast.

Kopparberg strawberry & lime cider.

Tastes like strawberries & cream but it's soo sweet! I can literally feel my teeth rotting out! :melon:

Drinking some Earl Grey tea with some dried thyme and sage through it. (in the hope it might help a bit with my sore throat)
