leffe comes in two main varieties here, Blonde and Brune. Blonde is a lighter coloured ale - looks lagerish but has more body and is top fermented -  quite sweet and spicy. Brune is an abbey dubbel, which is darker with a similar spiciness but maltier, and probably more to your taste in the winter.

champagne, after all the digging out and post snow storm crap................I earned it!  Back to booze free tomorrow.  For tonite it's eat, drink and watch bad volcano movie on the sci-fi channel!  And make fun of it!   :laugh:
