Had a Marston's Burton Bitter while cleaning (pretty crap) and a Saltaire Cascade Pale Ale (great American style pale ale, full of spicy fresh hop flavours). Now sampling Hambleton Nightmare, a dark, smoky, liquorice hinting porter. yum. :glug:

I can't drink anything now in the libary, but before I was drinking chamomile tea.  Chamomile activates a harmone that rejuvinates hair and skin.  I rarely get zits,  but I drink it anyway because it helps me be my best.  Chamomile is also a nervine, good for the nerves.
