I was teasing.  I would class myself as old when it comes to my ability to back up after hangovers also.  It's like something you would hardly ever say to your friends in your early twenties...'oh I have to cleanse my system this weekend'...that's what I thought was funny.

I don't reallly get hangovers, but I do get dehydrated. I was away from my normal "good drinkiing water habits" for almost four days with the race party. The being old part is the fact that I have not been able to re-hydrate myself sufficiently in four days time.
