No offense, but I prefer lager beer. 

None taken matey, I like some lager myself - Staropramen for example is cracking stuff, as is Lowenbrau. A fair bit of mass produced lager is fit to drink (EB, Oranjeboom, Kronenbourg 1664, Holsten Pils - all great in bulk ) which can't always be said for bitter, the tendency is to go for smoothness instead of flavour so a lot of em are like fucking soap suds.

Now drinking Marston's Double Drop - crisp, quite hoppy in flavour but not too bitter.

Aren't you always needing to pee drinking so much?  I like green tea but I can't drink more than a couple of cups a day of any kind of tea, it always makes me feel crappy.

It appears your metabolism is lacking in nutrients.  Green tea is good for the kidneys, liver, and cleanses the lymphatic system out.  My lymphatic system has cancer, but maximum benefits are obtained at 10 cups.  I have optimally fuctioning kidneys and liver.  I don't think I pee as frequently as you might think, and I think it comes out in a few times.  I peed  8 cups of tea out when I just drank 10 a couple of hours ago, and I know because someone has a fetish. Hey what ever floats your boat, and there is no harm in drinking it.

I don't know if its anything to do with lacking nutrients- all kinds of tea cause migraines for me.

You could be sensitive to photochemicals in the tea.  If you don't have enough of a specific nutrient you will not be able to fully metabolize it and those types of things could happen.  I am not completely sure but I do know people can be sensitive to photochemicals. 

Magnesium relaxes muscles and might benefit your problem, and magnesium is necessary for something like 300 enzymes.  One of these could be metabolizing a component in the tea.
