Coffee and diet coke again. Fuck me I'm tired.

Surrogate for the nicotine?  ???

Partly, but mostly substitute for enough sleep. My sleep patterns were always dodgy but since going on Escitalopram (Lexapro/Cipralex) I wake up frequently in the night, sleepwalk, toss and turn so I tend to wake up shivering on the floor, and have bizarre dreams. This week is particularly bad as I've just had my dosage upped again so I'm adjusting.  :(

Aww, poor Yogi. :(

I couldn't sleep well, either.

More tea, vicar? (What I'm drinking.)

Ta for the sympathy but I'll skip the tea and have more Hobgoblin I think.

Have you tried diphenhydramine aka Benadryl, it's an anti-histamine and used as an over the counter sleep aid.  I use it with 1-3 mg of melatonin, also used as a sleep aid!  Melatonin is a dietary supplement!

Put it this way, I finished the first 500ml bottle in less than ten minutes and I wish I bought more than three. This one's going on my shortlist.

Nope. Might be worth a try I suppose.

I know this is off topic, but I've just now posted a new thread under "free for all".  How else do I alert everyone about a new post?
