Got myself a Sansa Clip to replace my iPod that went through the wash.

Think I'll get myself an iTouch after Christmas.

Loaded iMobsters on my sons and I've been playing the damn thing after he goes to bed at night until the battery runs down. Haven't got it wrapped yet.

Bad mom.

PJ pants in blue and a pair of cute knitted slippers. Spent a whole whopping $11 in total.

Slippers (but mine are in shades of blue)

Does it count if you gave them to yourself early?

If so then I bought myself a few books last week

That lens, but I already mentioned that.

Might get something in the January sales.

The only things that I can think of that I have bought for myself recently are things like a shower seat, a rubber cast cover, and a pack to attach to the knee walker that I rented.

I suppose my synthesizer counts as an early gift. It was certainly intended as one but I couldn't wait. :zoinks:

And I bought myself a memory card reader thingy.

Kevlar sleeves.

They're cool, but what will you be cutting while you use them?

Kevlar sleeves.

Wood, mostly, with various power and hand tools.  They'll also give me some protection when gardening, since my arms tend to get pretty scratched up by thorny plants, and they'll help when I'm lifting heavy, awkward, rough things like rocks and slabs.  I have a pair of kevlar gloves that I got a while ago, and they've been very durable.  The only damage to them so far is where they got snarled in a drill bit, and I was able to stitch them up with a little dental floss.  The sleeves proved useful yesterday; I was walking my dog and she insisted on dragging me through patch after thorny, tangled patch of brambles, but I was wearing the sleeves at the time, and emerged without any of the usual scratches to my arms and thorn tips stuck under my skin.

PS3 Slim pack with GTA4 and Assassin's Creed

Plus a PS3 Bluetooth Remote.

Mainly bought it because I wanted a stand alone Blu-ray player and a bit more money also gets you a games machine.

Loving it as a up-scaling DVD player too. Playing the shit out of Assassin's Creed.

It goes nicely with my 50" Full HD Plasma.
