I agree.   The whole concept of a Constitutional Monarchy with a government endorsed official religion is the very definition of suck.

One time when travelling by air, we made a stop at Noumea, but were not allowed out of the holding area in the terminal. Seeing the uniformed, rifle-toting security guards patrolling the place made me disinclined to get out and go shopping anyway. *shrug*
