People that can't (or choose not to) understand that just because someone's not in a wheelchair that they therefore don't have any form of disabilities, and yes, there even are people in wheelchairs that can't grasp this concept.

People that look at disabilities as a competition, where one person has some severe hardships related to a physical or mental disorder, and others look at them as being a drama queen and constantly try to remind them that there are others out there with worse problems as if it's supposed to mean that person A's disabilities are nothing to take seriously.
