So far I'm planning on using:  Pork neck bones, onion, celery, bell pepper, salt, parsley, diced sweet potato, white beans, salsa.

Unfortunately my hands hurt because I didn't realize how hard raw sweet potato is.  Almost like trying to dice wood.
