I haven't seen that episode, but I made the same diagnosis in the first few minutes of a "Mystery Diagnosis" show.  I don't know how the doctors missed it for as long as they did because it was so obvious to me.

Heading over to see my regular doctor in a few minutes. My arm thing is an issue, but I'm kind of bumping up my regular blood test visit by about two weeks, to combine his inspection of my arm with what is already scheduled.
