It may help you to understand Kev, that sometimes body imbalances cause you to crave things that are not good for you.  If wasn't for the postive visualization I do, I couldnot keep up the impulse controll very well.

it pisses me off that when i'm ready to eat i can't do it for OCD reasons or other way around. but this double thing might work. my disorders both want me to lose weight. :P
