Thanks, but it's too late.

I have to go and exchange some assets for cash and "make good" to stay out of court.

I can fix it, but it will cost more than it would have if I had not taken a nap for two years (fighting depression) just before I found this place.

I didn't know that you had eczema.  Would a steroid cream help the flare-ups?
