most auties will rock back and forth, or maybe flap arms or something, so i must admit i'm impressed.

I don't think it actually takes any of it off, to be brutally honest with myself.
(Just a little nervous about the start of a new job)
I've been on the phone all morning, trying to sort out a hassle with the insurance company not paying for my recent trip to the hospital. I sit for several minutes listening to a complicated verbal menu, delivered by what sounds a bit like Microsoft Sam, in order to get to a person and when I finally get to the right department, they have a constant high-anxiety commercial presentation of the benefits of doing business with their company ... and I missed when the "real person" came on the line, the first time. I had to sift through it twice!
Telephoning is difficult enough, without all that other BS to deal with.
