Just emailed the listing agent about a house I'm interested in. Want to pester her with some questions and then possibly go see it on Saturday with a friend of mine. I've got a few deal breakers involved so if I get the all clear, I'm going to push the ex to jump on it. If there's a no to any of the dealbreakers then I'll have to look for something else.

I have the amzing gift that I can type with one finger if need be.
