thinking of trying to sleep. my sleeping pattern is screwy again. 

mine too.  never get more than about 2-3 hours sleep at any one time, at the mo.    thank fuck for siestas.

Mine's all fucked up, too. It's very warm out. I spent some time on the bag earlier this afternoon. I'm going for some more.

I'll probably be sore as fuck tomorrow, but I should sleep well, tonight.

Sleep pattern whats that?

I think it's negotiable.

For me it means sixteen to twenty up and three to four down and out. Five down is about my best nap, ever.

Any more than that requires chemical intervention, which comes with a toll.
