Has anyone had it?  Does it work?

I haven't had it, but I think it works well if you actually follow through with the assignments.

I ried it a couple times and it didn't work

Apparently it does work for a lot though

I think the reason it didn't work for me was becuase neither of them understood AS at all

what is it for? I had it for social anxiety and OCD

How do you fit into a category to be elligable for it?  When I tried to get it a while back, it was pretty obvious i'd have to go private.  There was one centre I could've gone, but it was actually full of metally retarded people, and was a day centre for them.  Is that the kind of place you're on the waiting list for?  ;)

Apparently there's an online thing that does it too, but I said that wouldn't work for me.

I spoke to someone else who had it, also an aspie.  I doubt it'd work on people on the spectrum, especially very self aware people, or ones really set in their ways.  Electric shock treatment might be more appropriate.

I'm not entirely sure.  We just talked for a bit, I said group psychotherapy wasn't working for me cause the guy in charge of it was too irritating and she suggested CBT.  She also tried to persuade me I have OCD cause of trich   Apparently many who have trich also have OCD.

Electric shock treatment might be more appropriate.

For you?  I agree

Yeah I have read about trich a bit in OCD stuff. it seems to get linked to that a lot. must be a similar thing
