What do you mean, "... those ain't legal?" I drive past nearly a dozen every time I am out. Some are really nice looking, but most are hand done and butt ugly.I do not think Indiana has a problem with camouflaged vehicles.
The grey wall at the end of the street had hundreds of caterpillars on it. Usually only see them in spring.
