Sometimes I want to experiment with that button. Just out of curiosity. 

Ignoring almost all might make it very interesting. Almost all posts would be out of context then. (Not sure if that will make a big difference btw)

Next time she wants to do a "group hug"  on you (a group of two, really?) make sure you face the security camera while exhibiting an exaggerated shrugging motion, before you dive headfirst into her hug.

(she is young and attractive - twenty six - but she wants to touch me a lot - can not figure out why - and hugging is another excuse for her to feel my muscles close to her - I know better than to allow her to get close to me - but, resistance is futile)

Sometimes guessing what the "missing" post said is fun.  And, of course, they ignored posts will show up whenever someone quotes them in a reply. 
And you can always unignore and ignore them at will, turning the feature on and off if you feel necessary.
