psych med cocktails

For those of you who take psychiatric meds, whats your cocktail?

Here's mine:

Lamictal 225 mg (mood stabilization and siezures)
Effexor XR 150 mg(depression)
Remeron 15 mg(depression and insomiina)
Klonopin .5 mg(as needed for anxiety and agitation)

All I take is 30mg seroxat/paxil for depression/anxiety/ocd

Prozac 80mg  OCD and anxiety

Xanax as needed  1mg

Klonopin 1.5 mg around 4pm

This is when I pay attention to theses things

I have trouble remembering to take my meds as well, and thats probably why I still continue to struggle sometimes, though if I forget to take my effexor for a day or two,boy do I pay for it!

Prozac has a long half life so it isn't so bad I just to tend to over do it on the benzos

Here is mine

30mg Cymbalta - for depression
1mg Ativan - Twice a day. Sometimes more if I want to make my day shorter.
400mg Seroquel - They say it for OCD but it just makes me really tired. I mainly take it for sleep
20mg Adderall - for when I need it. I don't take it everyday because it does make me OCD

Caffeine, approx 31 mg in the mornings, increased dosage as needed, up to 30-120 mg daily total, after which effects become somewhat countertherapeutic.
Fukitol, 50mg, daily.

Haha, American "coffee". One small cup of Swedish coffee contains about 100 mg caffeine.  :hahaha:
