Oh boy, I have since earlier had more of that weightwatchers cake, thank god it is only 82 calories a piece, a banana, a pear, corn thins, soup and chocolate mousse. Fortunately, I also did an hour of aerobics, but grrrr, my sweet tooth is a curse, someone give me a savoury one  :green:

So far just grapes.
Jimi Hendrix: When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.

Ghandi: Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

The end result of life's daily pain and suffering, trials and failures, tears and laughter, readings and listenings is an accumulation of wisdom in its purest form.

Prepared cereal on a baked apple for breakfast, smoked turkey sandwich, with baby carrots and pretzels for lunch. Planning lasagna for dinner.
