At 180 I am pretty fit but I have extra flab.
Yeah, up to mid thirties putting on weight was difficult and taking it off in Karate class or hiking was easy. Not anymore, especially after about 45 for me.
I usually prefer rice to potatoes but I like good mashed potatoes and I prepare mashed potatoes very well.

I also prefer lumpy mashed potatoes and grits. Oatmeal doesn't seem to get lumpy in my experience, but I like it anyway.
