Only had time for a ham and cheese croissant on the run. And some dirty scone with jam.

Stole some cheese, olives, pastrami and crackers off a leftovers tray from the kitchen at work while I was on the run.

Come home and the house smells like KFC dammit!

Dirty scone? Was it dropped on the floor, and if so, did you invoke the 3-second rule?

Nah, dirty as in, just shouldn't have eaten it, it was dry and naughty, but I had to get something into me.

3 second rule....mmm, I always thought it was 7 seconds.....Callaway!!! She will know!

But at work, the 'drop it on the floor and it's not worthy to be eaten applies', regardless of the seconds involved!  :P

Yes, the only thing I'd ever eat off the floor would be one of my meds!

Eating off the floor lol..

Yeah, but only my own floor and only a capsule (which can easily be brushed off).

It's the five second rule, but that has been debunked.  You actually have a lot more time before food becomes contaminated with bacteria after dropping it on the floor, especially for dry foods.

Fast food breakfast
Chicken and wild rice soup from a can for lunch.  Added some aspic for flavor boost and more protein.
Huge salad for dinner.
