Roast pork sandwich with gravy and the lady popped in a big piece of crackling in the package about 1.5 inches wide and about 7 inches long. Divine.

Cheese on toast.

No veges today, that's a bit naughty, so salad tomorrow.

Makes you be ahead of your dieting scheme. Could turn out positive for you. Start with lots of fruit and such when you start eating again. And keep that habit.
