It's chicken, cheese, broccoli and small pieces of mango in it. Not very spicy but OK.

So far, just a bag of crisps (potato chips for USA peeps), bag of caramel rice cakes and a piece of weight watchers cake... not a very healthy day so far as no fruit and veggies, but had 3 bags of apple and grapes, a pear and 2 bananas last night anyways.

Someone likes their m&ms lol. I used to love the peanut ones, lethal...would get through a large bag at a time at the cinema(movie theatre)
