I am expected at two family Thanksgiving feasts this week. I'm trying to remain positive about the effects of being cooped up with people I barely tolerate, but I may return with an upsetting, pessimistic attitude, later on today. That could be funny.
I have been fasting since ten AM Saturday and only eating fruit after noon the whole week. Not really trying to lose weight,( but I should be) just trying to shrink my stomach a little. I tend to be very weak around good food and I overeat, especially if too many people are trying to talk to me about bullshit I don't care about. Shrinking my stomach seems to make the consequences of my gluttony less intense. (I'm going to use that word a lot in the coming weeks.)
