A whole head of broccoli, apples, canned tuna.   The apple and broccoli fiber binds toxic mecury in the can of tuna.  Curcerferious vegetables increase phase two detoxification in the liver, where I believe the locus of AS is.  Watercress, a cousin on broccoli, actually blocks phase 1 detoxification in the liver, and increases phase 2 so it might be better in that regard.  Its intresting to note, alcoholics brains eventually have symptoms that remincent to AS.  Its suggestive of something, but nothing conclusive.

I have been meditativing alot, even when I don't feel I need to.  It brings such strength to me.
