mom bought some weird gourmet shit from mark's and spencer. i was like wtf. i don't like eating new exciting foods. i want the same old. i just nibbled the salad and made pasta with pesto sauce for myself. then later i ate some more of the salad thing but it made my tummy kind of confused. later i ate two choc puddings. some nesquick with soy milk. raspberry jello. 6 valerian pills total. bottle of strawberry watermelon rosé wine. today was weird foodwise.

Still craving massive rounds of junkfood, suggesting to me I must be out of balance.  I am in controll and am much better.  Its very god damn easy to diet with no junkfood, because I have a fall back method.

Later:  Eggs, beans, long grain brown rice (short grain has higher glycemic index), rasins, cocoa powder, bananas, broccoli, califlower, spinach, tomatoe paste, and a sweet potatoe. Herbs: Cayenne pepper, garlic, parlsey, and sage.
