It was easy enough for me, save for when eating out at restaurants. Then again even now I don't really eat a whole lot of meat except eating out; I don't cook at home because it's just me (unless making toast counts), I live largely on carbs, and I kind of ignore nutrition until I start to feel sick or gain weight. So I'm prolly not the best advice-giver.
I don't think I'll cope with a vegan diet, but I might manage with the vegetarian one. I ain't doing it because of the poor little animals, I'm doing it for health reasons, that's all.
Anyone got any advice on how to manage a veggie diet? Is it more expensive than eating meat?

I heard that veggie semen tastes pretty good.
I've heard that celery actually does alter the taste in a positive way but cannot personally attest to the veracity of this one way or another.
