Try creatine, I am so afraid for some reason, but its supposed to boost muscle performance.

I am not talking about masturbation :laugh:  I am talking about exercise, which people who do that, have 3x less duration of cold, or was that intensity?  I think that was duration.  It depletes dopamine, reducing aurosal.  It increases serotonin, gives good blood supply for maxium errection.
